TERMS OF AGREEMENT

All advertising is subject to approval by Smith Publishing.

Advertisers warrant the accuracy and assume complete liability for the content of their advertising.

Smith Publishing assumes no liability for special incidental or consequential damages arising from errors, omissions, or delays due to conditions beyond its control

Smith Publishing shall not be obligated to accept cancellation of or changes to advertising orders after 3 days of date on this agreement.

All disbursements are not attachable.

No terms or conditions other than those set forth here shall be binding on Smith Publishing, unless specifically agreed to in writing.

A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

If credit terms are extended, I agree to the terms established.
